Sarnafil-roofing-reviews, re: sarnafil & your opinions seams & joints are leaking, the job hasnt been done properly, but i still feel it was the wrong choice of material for the job due to the roughness of the concrete bisons it was laid on & the slabs ect laid on top of it.. Pros. the sarnafil products are truly sustainable and offer great performance. the single-ply membrane materials - whether exposed as a conventional commercial roof or buried as a waterproofing membrane under a green roof or a plaza deck - have a life expectancy of at least 35 years (and, in my opinion, may be double that)., take 3 minutes to watch the ecobond application method study and learn all about saving costs by installing adhered system with sarnafil membrane, even cheaper than epdm and tpo !.
Discussing pvc/sarnafil roofing products. share. across the sunny south, commercial roof replacement often means an opportunity to build in energy efficiency. an ideal solution for this is single-ply roofing, and among the most durable, most energy-efficient products is polyvinyl chloride (pvc)., sarnafil is the only single ply flat roofing system available where all the materials are specifically designed for roofing purposes. many other products, such as grp and epdm flat roofing systems have been adapted for flat roofing applications from other uses..

I think the planning officer pick sarnafil as a product as this is perhaps the only one she knows to give the appearance she was suggesting we should have - the extension is to the rear of a stone house, c. 1900's, and is relatively modern in appearance - lots of glass, flat roof, galvanised steel water goods, etc - so she had suggested this would be in keeping with the modern theme!, lots of options single ply (sarnafil is a brand) pros-cheap (flat area) aesthetic (looks clean and neat) cons expensive details (any penetrations, drip-edge).
Hi, we are having a new extension to the back of our house and on the architects drawings we are having a zinc roof. after getting quotes from builders it seems that zinc is really quite expensive and they have suggested a single ply membrane such as sarnafil as an alternative.
